After spending the greater part of the past decade leading teams within some of the largest Staffing agencies in the world, I set out on a crusade to disrupt the way business as usual is done within the industry.  I’ve spoken to thousands of people that share disheartening stories of times when they were searching for and applying to jobs and were met with a horrific experience.  From applying to hundreds of positions and never receiving one response or speaking with a recruiter, being interviewed and then never receiving any feedback or responses “Ghosted”.  The candidate experience is of the utmost importance for the reputation of my brand.  A candidate will always receive feedback and updates in a timely manner.  The hard calls are the ones that create the strongest relationships, we cannot only have your back when its comfortable.  Through several years of research and development, I’ve created a new recruiting method and client delivery model that will not only provide an exceptional candidate experience but also drastically change the way companies are able to hire talented employees moving forward.

The name KPHG is an abbreviation of Kali, Patrick, and Heather Grant.  During a trip to Syracuse from Maryland, we had a family discussion regarding how hard it is for people to be out of work with no daily purpose.  My little 5th grader at the time suggested that we start a company and help as many people as possible after all “How hard can it be dad”.
